There's a place in Turkey where you will find a bunch of flaming rocks. The rocks was on fire for thousand of years. The location is known as Yanartas (or "flaming rock" in english). Long time ago, sailors use the rock to navigate but today the rocks are usually used to brew tea.

According to research, the flaming rocks phenomena might caused by;

an abiogenic gas which is caused by low-temperature serpentinization
organic thermogenic gas
